One of Britain’s foremost Circus companies transforms the Circus Hub into a giant, sleep-over-style bedroom, for a magical family show with acrobatics, 3D animation and an original score. The show was the winner of the Family Arts Festival Best Family Event Award 2015 and has some super-striking acrobatic and silk work.
What we thought;
Erin (10) – Bedtime Stories was a happy, heart warming story. The acrobatic parts were amazing and the idea of an imaginary friend is truly magical.
Erica (33) – I loved this production. Set inside a spiegeltent there’s a large space with beds and beanbags where kids can cuddle up. The projections, music and story telling ensured the hour went by really fast and all the kids (even the toddlers) were completely mesmerised. There was also an adult theme woven into the story that will appeal to busy parents. I highly recommend this for families with children aged 1 – 8.
Alex (34) – I enjoyed the story and the acrobatics were excellent. There was a really nice atmosphere, ideal for younger kids.
Bedtime Stories runs until 22nd August. Find out more and buy tickets here.
